Let us know what type of property you are looking for, in which area and for what budget. Then we will gladly send you a selection. We take care of the viewings, the negotiations, help you find a local lawyer (completely independent and, if desired, comfortable in your own language) to check the papers of the property, arrange assistance in obtaining a NIE- number, will accompany you to the notary and afterwards we will be happy to help you with your questions. In most cases, there are no costs associated with our purchase guidance. There are a small number of exceptions that we would like to explain to you. This may depend, for example, on the area. In the area in which we are located, the brokerage commission is paid by the seller of the property. In other regions of Spain, for example, these costs are divided between buyer and seller.

When you sell your home, you pay a percentage of the price of the home. This percentage depends on the area in which the property is located.
